We are Sir Snowy and Lord Twignatious, the founders of this wonderful family-run bakery. Every day, we work with the exceptional team to produce high quality bread, cakes and other bakery treats. Our sourdough is baked with care by Master Baker, who ensures it is the best bread in the area. The mouth watering cakes are lovingly made by Cake Lady, A&E. We are very grateful for your support of our local, family run bakery. Enjoy your purchase today! And, incase you are wondering, our Peruvian ancestors were taught to cook by the Ancient Mayans, and the recipes have passed down through guinea-generations. Perhaps that is why our bakery is so special.

A Note On Snowy and Twiglet....
Believe it or not, Snowy and Twiglet were real guinea pigs, and this is their legacy.
Snowy and Twiglet became our adored pets on 27th December, 2020, when they were just two months old. In 2020, sourdough was a new idea to the household, and they were there from the beginning, watching as it progressed more and more in quality. They spent many happy days having cuddles, eating grass and other fresh vegetables in their happy home until they sadly passed away together, both on the 24th December 2024. It devastated many, but we gave them a legacy. To honour them, initials S&T started to be engraved on the loaves. When you buy from the bakery- set up in their legacy- you can see the impact they had on helping with the making of our sourdough.
